Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Feel free to order online or via the phone and pick up your order from our warehouse in Chipping Norton, NSW. Pick ups are available Monday-Thursday from 9am-4:30pm and Friday 9am-2pm. Please be advised that pick up orders must be placed at least 2hrs ahead of pick up time – feel free to call ahead to ensure your order is ready.

What happens when there are faulty, missing or wrong item(s) in my order?
In the circumstance where an item is faulty, missing or incorrect please contact our team immediately so we can arrange to have the item(s) fixed, sent or swapped for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship Australia-wide and do not ship internationally.

Delivery Times:
All deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivery times vary between 1-5 business days in Sydney Metro, and 3-10 business days in regional NSW and other states.

Below are the days we deliver to certain areas using our own driver. If you know you fall within these areas be sure to have your orders submitted the evening before to ensure you make the delivery for the day. We do our best to ensure turn around time of all orders are within 5 business days however certain areas are frequented more so than others.

For areas outside of Sydney Metro (i.e. Central Coast, Wollongong etc.) our driver usually heads this way once a month – be sure to contact the office or your sales rep to see when this might be.

Monday – no set area / courier deliveries
Tuesday – Sydney South/Inner West – i.e. Kogarah, Burwood
Wednesday – Sydney North & local – i.e. Warringah, Liverpool
Thursday – Sydney Western Suburbs – i.e. Parramatta, Blacktown
Friday – Sydney South/Inner West – i.e. Kogarah, Burwood

*Please note during peak seasons these delivery areas may change.

If your order is urgent we also offer courier services which vary in freight costs.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of an order that has been picked & packed will incur a 20% handling fee.
