Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely! Feel free to order online or via the phone and pick up your order from our warehouse in Chipping Norton, NSW. Pick ups are available Monday-Thursday from 10am-3:30pm and Friday 10am-2pm. Please be advised that pick up orders must be placed at least 2hrs ahead of pick up time – feel free to call ahead to ensure your order is ready.

What happens when there are faulty, missing or wrong item(s) in my order?
In the circumstance where an item is faulty, missing or incorrect please contact our team immediately so we can arrange to have the item(s) fixed, sent or swapped for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship Australia-wide and do not ship internationally.

Delivery Times:
All deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm via external courier services. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days and delivery times vary between 1-5 business days in Sydney Metro, and 3-10 business days in regional NSW and other states.

Please take freight times into consideration when placing your orders.

If your order is urgent we also offer courier services which vary in freight costs.

Delivery Costs:
Sydney Metro is charged at a flat rate of $15+GST. For areas outside of this costs vary on distance, size and weight of your order. For a quote on delivery charges please contact our team on (02) 9755 2218.

Cancellations:
Cancellation of an order that has been picked & packed will incur a 20% handling fee.
